Two years ago, few could have predicted what a massive global phenomenon Cherie Dimaline’s The Marrow Thieves would become. It won the Governor General's Literary Award and the Kirkus Prize, was shortlisted for Canada Reads and remains a national bestseller. Now it has been scooped up for a multi-season television adaptation.

Cherie Dimaline has navigated the international acclaim, awards and accolades, and now faces a daunting task as the show-runner for the Netflix series based on her work.
