We’re excited to welcome Chef Harriet to the Festival Café as our new Chef-in-Residence!

WEDNESDAY’S MENU

White Bean Soup - thyme and garlic oil

Beyond Meat Burger - grilled pineapple, black bean and corn salsa, chipotle vegan mayo, feta or crumbled vegan feta - gluten free bun available

Mushroom and Quinoa Phyllo Bundle - with whipped goat cheese or tofu cheese and pickled red onions

Roasted Veggie Bowl - Grilled squash, peppers, pickled red onion, zucchini, roasted cauliflower, coloured carrots, chia seeds, toasted hemp hearts, avocado and tahini dressing

In addition to hot meals we also have Rinag Samosas, Local fine chocolate by Ludwig and other snacks. The Festival Café also features an assortment of hot and cold beverages including Bridgehead Fair Trade Coffee, Local Craft Beers from Beyond the Pale and Bicycle Craft.

Some hot foods are made with dairy and gluten some will be vegan and all served with Rodney's mixed greens salad with tomatoes and cucumber and citrus vinaigrette
