WAKEFIELD WRITERS FESTIVAL

Don’t miss The Wakefield Writers Festival - La Pêche!  It runs May 9-10, 2014.

Our friends in La Pêche are launching a new Festival that brings together award-winning authors Frances Itani, Trevor Ferguson and Tim Wynne-Jones, along with a host of talented and provocative local writers, for a stimulating weekend featuring a celebration of youth writing, a literary pub scrawl, a scrumptious authors brunch, four writing workshops, and an evening gala tête-à-tête.  

The festival takes place at a variety of venues in Wakefield, Quebec, on the banks of the lovely Gatineau River, a 30-minute drive north of Ottawa, Ontario.
