If the previous 'Messagio' brought a series of individual performers out of themselves, this current incarnation blended the combined strengths of a series of individual performers into a single vocal space.

MESSAGIO GALORE take VIII queries sound contrasts & comparisons through provocations posited by take VII in january at City Hall. for those who missed take VII, familiarity will not be required for yr ear experience. for those who did attend, familiarity will be dequired for yr ear experience. either way, an extended audio environment of clashing harmonic climates in locations near literature & music or somewhere in between.

Christine McNair writes stuff, co-hosts CKCU Lit Landscapes, and works as a book doctor in Ottawa. Alastair Larwill is male, twenty seven and makes noises. He eats people, recycles, and likes to fall in love. One day he hopes, another he despairs, but always he thinks it’s a good idea. Grant Wilkins likes letters, words, paper and ink. Sometimes he prints things. jwcurry is an avant-garde Canadian poet, publisher, and bookseller.
