• Silken tofu with red pepper purée, cilantro and almonds (vegan/gf)
• Mac Dressed Beyond Burgers on Brioche or Gluten Free Bun
In addition to hot meals by Chef Alex, we also have Rinag Samosas, Local fine chocolate by Ludwig and other snacks. The Festival Café also features an assortment of hot and cold beverages including Bridgehead Fair Trade Coffee, Local Craft Beers from Dominion City Brewing and Bicycle Craft and a selection of City Seltzer. Juice and Wine by the glass also available.
