Submissions will be blind judged by the Perth Writers Guild WITH FIRST AND SECOND PRIZE IN EACH OF THE THREE CATEGORIES, $100 AND $75 RESPECTIVELY .

Please include a non-refundable entry fee of $10. Cash or cheque payable to Ottawa International Writers Festival, Perth Chapter.Word count not more that 2500 words. All entries should be typed or legibly hand-written, double-spaced on a single side of 8-1/2” X11” paper. Each page must be numbered in the bottom left hand corner. The title should be at the top of each page. Margins should be a minimum of 1”, top, bottom and sides. No name must appear on the entry itself. A separate cover page with author’s name, title of the work, category of submission and word count. Phone numbers and mailing address.
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED SATURDAY OCTOBER 3RD 4PM AT THE OPENING OF THE ‘ONE BOOK ONE COMMUNITY EVENT’ AT THE CRYSTAL PALACE. WITH OPTION TO READ AN EXCERPT OF NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES.
