Gary Levy is the Editor of the Canadian Parliamentary Review. He is a graduate of the universities of Saskatchewan, Carleton and Laval. He has taught political science at the University of Ottawa and the University of Western Ontario but most of his career has been spent on Parliament Hill. He has worked for the Library of Parliament, the Senate and the House of Commons. He is author of books on the Speakers of the House of Commons and on Provincial and Territorial Legislators as well as numerous articles in the Canadian Parliamentary Review and other journals.
